Javier is leading Work Package 4 at GMV for the STORE project. Together with his team and European partners, he has successfully deployed over six DataBase Framework (DBF) instances using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.

As a result, the project strengthens system resilience and accelerates collaborative innovation among European defense partners, including for sensitive information.
